WHO WE ARE
Viva la Vida is an association created to support children who live in impoverished conditions with the aim of improving their living conditions and making them autonomous, free and self-sufficient by removing cultural, economic and social obstacles.
Our mission is to help many small angels who are experiencing difficulties by giving them the opportunity to build a future through the manifestation of projects designed to instruct them and provide them with technological and scientific knowledge.
By enhancing their knowledge in these areas it will serve to be useful for achieving their economic and cultural emancipation. In historically disadvantaged communities, we want to promote international co-operation to ensure universal human rights.
This will help these underprivileged little children to achieve independence and enjoy their freedom. From June 2017, the Viva la Vida association has been operating in Cambodia, in the province of Kampong Cham, a territory where there are many children who live in impoverished conditions.
We currently have small support projects in an orphanage located in the city of Kampong Cham and from October 2017 we have established the Viva La Vida Cultural Center in Krala, a countryside village 12 km from Kampong Cham and 110 km from the Cambodian capital Phnom Pehn.
Viva la Vida was born from an initiative by Nicola Regina following a long journey around the world (read the book Controvento), which opened his eyes and heart on a sad reality that many people face.
Thanks to his desire to create a solid network, a group was set up that focuses its work against the excessive bureaucracy of society, with the dream of building a better world, involving new volunteers, collaborators and artists to form a large family of men and women united by the desire to interact with humanity.
We promote creativity and imagination in the face of the world's difficulties.
